A space where you can feel understood, affirmed, and comfortable being yourself

As a queer, pansexual person, it is my goal that the space we share together is comfortable for you. Whether you are still navigating your identity, figuring out where you belong, or trying to figure out which parts of yourself you want to share with others, I am with you to support you.

Or if you’re comfortable with where you’re at and just want a therapist and a space where you don’t have to explain or justify your experiences to feel understood, I’m here for it.

I know how meaningful it can be to have your experiences understood and your identity affirmed. Our lived experiences shape how we see ourselves, how we navigate relationships, and how comfortable we feel showing up as who we are. Sometimes, it can be exhausting to explain parts of yourself to others or wonder whether you'll be fully accepted. My goal is for therapy to be a space where you don’t have to worry about that, but where you can bring all of who you are and feel met with understanding, curiosity, and care.

I also recognize that being queer looks different for everyone. Our experiences are shaped by so many things, including our culture, family, relationships, and the communities we're part of. You might be navigating family expectations, figuring out where you feel a sense of belonging, or making sense of how different parts of your identity intersect. You might also feel comfortable in your identity and simply want support with relationships, life transitions, or other things you're working through. Whatever brings you to therapy, you have a place here.

While being a pansexual therapist informs how I understand and connect with others, I also know that sharing aspects of our identities doesn't mean we share the same experiences. I'm not here to assume I know your story, but to understand it from your perspective. Your experiences matter, and I want you to feel that they can be shared openly without being dismissed, minimized, or treated as something you need to explain.

In our work together, we'll make space for whatever feels important to you. We can explore how your experiences have shaped the way you see yourself and relate to others, work through challenges you're facing, or simply make room for feelings you haven't had the chance to talk about. My hope is to create a space where you feel affirmed in who you are, supported in what you're going through, and comfortable exploring whatever comes up without pressure to have all the answers.

You deserve a space where you can show up as yourself, feel understood, and know that all parts of who you are are welcome
