a space where you can feel understood, affirmed, and comfortable being yourself
Whether you are still navigating your identity, figuring out where you belong, or choosing which parts of yourself to share with the world, I am here to support you.
And if you are already comfortable in who you are and simply want a therapeutic space where you don’t have to translate, justify, or explain your experiences to be understood, I’m here for that, too.
a space built on authentic understanding & care
I know how meaningful it is to have your identity affirmed without hesitation. Your lived experiences shape how you see yourself, how you navigate relationships, and how safe you feel showing up as your true self.
But navigating a world shaped by systemic oppression, heteronormativity, and cisnormativity can be deeply exhausting. Often queer and gender-expansive folks are expected to shrink to adapt, or spend energy educating others just to be accepted. Therapy with me isn't a place where you have to carry that burden. You can drop the armor, step out of survival mode, and be met with genuine curiosity, warmth, and respect.
how we can work together
I recognize that being queer and/or trans looks different for everyone. Our identities are deeply tied to our culture, family lineages, relationships, and intersecting backgrounds. Because your story is uniquely yours, our work together will be entirely collaborative. We won't just look at symptoms; we will look at the whole picture.
areas we can explore:
Identity Exploration & Belonging: Navigating coming out, exploring gender and sexuality, or figuring out where you feel a sense of true connection and community. Untangle internalized messages about who you "should" be, allowing you to reclaim your own narrative.
Intersectional Experience: Honoring the complex ways your identity intersects with your cultural roots, family dynamics, and lived history.
Relational Healing: Navigating queer, non-monogamous, or evolving relationship structures, setting healthy boundaries, and building deep intimacy.
Everyday Life & Transitions: You don't have to be actively processing your identity to be here. We can work through life changes, anxiety, relationship shifts, or whatever else matters to you. If it’s important to you, it’s important to me.
honoring your unique story: living as your authentic self, without assumptions
While being a pansexual therapist informs how I connect with and understand others, I know that sharing aspects of our identities doesn't mean we share the exact same story. I don't assume I automatically know your lived reality. Instead, I genuinely care to listen to understand things from your perspective.
Your experiences matter. You deserve a space where your feelings are taken seriously and never dismissed, minimized, or treated as something you have to justify.
moving forward together
In our work, we’ll make space for whatever feels most important to you. We can explore the patterns that have shaped how you see yourself, process feelings you haven't had room to express, or simply give you a place to feel witnessed as you navigate life.
You don't have to have all the answers before you reach out. My hope is to offer a grounding, supportive space where you feel completely affirmed in who you are and comfortable exploring whatever comes up, at your own pace.
You deserve a space where you can show up as yourself, feel understood, and know that all parts of who you are are welcome
