a space to understand yourself, reconnect, and grow

Have you been holding a lot and yourself together for a long time? Maybe you’re navigating a life transition, riddled with self doubt, or noticing patterns that keep popping up in your relationships and the way you relate to yourself.

You might not have everything figured out yet, but you know that something doesn’t feel right. And you’re ready for things to be and feel different

Therapy is a space where you can slow down and make sense of what you’re carrying. You can get curious about the parts of yourself that’s gone unheard. You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable or feel like you have the right words for what you’re experiencing to begin.

understanding yourself in the context of your life

We don't become who we are in isolation. We exist in systems - our relationships, family experiences, cultural backgrounds, society, and the world around us all shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and move through life.

Sometimes the ways we’ve learned to navigate our experiences stay with us even when they no longer feel helpful. Maybe you’ve learned to put others’ needs before your own, question your own feelings, or keep parts of yourself hidden to maintain connection or meet expectations. These patterns can leave you feeling disconnected from what you need, who you are, or how you want to live.

We'll approach these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. Together we'll explore what they've meant for you and whether there might be new ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more aligned with who you are today.

how we can work together:

  • understand the patterns that keep showing up: explore how past experiences, relationships, and ways of coping influence how you feel about yourself and navigate the world today

  • navigate interpersonal relationships: explore patterns you have with friends, family, colleagues, and other people in your life. Understand how you show up in relationships while building connections that feel more mutual, authentic, and fulfilling.

  • build a more compassionate relationship with yourself: make room for the parts of you that feel uncertain or hard to accept without judging yourself

  • reconnect with your needs and boundaries: get clearer about what matters to you, practice honoring your limits, and feel more comfortable expressing what you need

  • navigate change and uncertainty: find your footing through life transitions, shifting relationships, and moments when the path forward feels unclear

  • create room for growth: explore new ways of relating to yourself and others, with space for both compassion and gentle challenge

  • live in alignment with your values: explore what matters most to you, untangle the expectations you carry, and find ways of living that feel more authentic to who you are.

a relationship where you can show up as yourself

I don't believe you need to be fixed. I believe you deserve the opportunity to be understood, supported, and met with care.

We'll honor the context that has shaped you, and explore possibilities for change at a pace that feels right for you. Sometimes that means sitting with an emotion you've learned to push aside, or gently challenging an old belief. Other times it means trying something new or learning to trust yourself in a different way.

As a Filipino American and queer therapist, I also recognize that our experiences of ourselves and our relationships are shaped by more than our individual histories. Culture, family, identity, and the world around us matter.

We can start wherever you are and work toward a life that feels more connected to who you are and what matters to you.

You deserve a relationship with yourself that makes room for all of who you are.
