a space where you can feel understood, affirmed, and comfortable being yourself
Whether you are still navigating your identity, figuring out where you belong, or choosing which parts of yourself to share with the world, I am here to support you.
And if you are already comfortable in who you are and simply want a therapeutic space where you don’t have to justify, or explain your experiences to be understood, I’m here for that, too.
a space built on authentic understanding & care
I know how meaningful it is to have your identity affirmed without hesitation. Finding spaces and people that honor who you are can bring a profound sense of relief and validation.
But navigating a world shaped by heteronormativity, cisnormativity, transphobia, systemic oppression, and anti-LGBTQ+ bias can be deeply exhausting. Often queer and gender-expansive folks are expected to shrink to adapt or spend energy educating others just to be accepted. Therapy with me isn't a place where you have to carry that burden. With time and at your pace, you can let your guard down and be met with genuine curiosity, warmth, and respect.
how we can work together
While I am a pansexual therapist, I recognize that being queer and/or trans looks different for everyone. Our identities are shaped by our families, cultures, relationships, and experiences. Because your story is uniquely yours, our work together will be entirely collaborative. We'll look at what you're experiencing in the context of your relationships, identity, and life.
areas we can explore:
identity exploration & belonging: navigating coming out, exploring gender and sexuality, or figuring out where you feel a sense of true connection and community. Untangle messages you’ve internalized about who you “should” be and reclaim the narrative of who you are.
intersectional experience: honoring the complex ways your identity - sexuality, gender, culture, race, and family experiences interact
relational healing: navigating queer, non-monogamous, or evolving relationship structures, setting healthy boundaries, and building deep intimacy
everyday life & transitions: you don't have to be actively processing your identity to be here. We can work through life changes, anxiety, relationship shifts, or whatever else matters to you. If it’s important to you, it’s important to me
honoring your unique story: living as your authentic self, without assumptions
I know that possibly sharing aspects of our identities doesn't mean we share the exact same story. I don't assume I automatically know your lived reality. Instead, I genuinely care to listen to understand things from your perspective. Your experiences matter. You deserve a space where your feelings are taken seriously and never dismissed or minimized.
moving forward together
In our work, we’ll make space for whatever feels most important to you. We can explore the patterns that have shaped how you see yourself, process feelings you haven't had room to express, or give you a place to feel witnessed and supported as you navigate life. I aim to offer a grounding, supportive space where you feel affirmed in who you are and comfortable exploring whatever comes up.
You deserve a space where you can show up as yourself, feel understood, and know that all parts of who you are are welcome
